Easter egg hunts, trips to Westhampton Field, fun classroom activities, field trips to Cheswick Park & singing at The Crossings, and enjoying the beautiful spring weather ... those are just some of the things that have been going on at WDS this week!

This week was full of fun activities! Green was everywhere yesterday to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Kindergarten made a leprechaun trap and made butter to spread on Irish soda bread. Ms. Donnie's (3's) class celebrated by making rainbows out of fruit loops and doing a walking rainbow experiment. Our soccer shots enrichment started yesterday (for 3's & older), and in Art, they're making their own yarn to make bracelets out of! We hope everyone has a wonderful & relaxing weekend!

After reading a book about a Navajo woman who used goat wool to make a rug, Ms. Timberly's (3's) class dyed their own wool using cherry Kool-Aid!

It's all about creepy crawly bugs in Ms. Olivia & Ms. Natalie's Pre-K classes!

The students made bugs out of recycled materials, legos, and big blocks yesterday!

Tomorrow, they will venture to the field to do outside centers!
